DESCRIPTION

Paracas is located in a geography area that is desert, rocky, sandy with a contrast of colors due to the minerals found there and its beautiful beaches,

on the Paracas peninsula a civilization also developed 2,500 years ago that bears the name La Paracas culture.

In Paracas you will be able to know and enjoy the Ballestas Islands and Paracas National Reserve, its impressive marine fauna and the coastal desert.

If you travel from Lima to Paracas on the same day of the tour, it is recommended to leave with Cruz del Sur at 04:00 am. to arrive at Paracas 07:20 am and we will be waiting for you at the bus station in Paracas with your name on a sign and then transfer them to the tourist pier and start the tour.

and if you return to Lima, the same day of the tour, you can leave from Paracas to Lima at 4:10 p.m. and at 5:35 p.m. with Cruz del Sur Transportation

Itinerary

07:30 a.m. Pick up from the Cruz del Sur bus station or from your hotel in Paracas and transfer to the tourist pier.

08:00 a.m Ballestas Islands Tur and Candelabro from 08:00 am to 10:00 a.m

At the indicated time we will board our boat from the Chaco Paracas tourist pier and then navigate through the Paracas bay until we reach the Candelabro a geoglyph similar to the Nazca lines, here our guide will explain the different theories that there are about this mysterious drawing

In the Ballestas Islands you will be able to appreciate from a very close a fabulous marine fauna like wolves in the rocks. It is also possible to see penguins and variety of birds

During our excursion through the Ballestas Islands, in the high part of the islands you can also see hundreds of guana birds, such as cormorants, boobies, pelicans, seagulls, and tendrils. Additionally you will appreciate rock formations and the beauty of the Pacific Ocean great for artistic photos.

Tour Paracas National Reserve from 11:00 a.m. to 15.00 hrs.

At the indicated time we will board our tourist minibus to start the excursion to the impressive Coastal Desert of the Paracas National Reserve,
We will cross the Paracas peninsula, we will cross the Paracas peninsula, we will make stops and short walks,

We will appreciate the colorful reddish yellow desert, formations made by the winds and visiting its beautiful beaches, you will have free time take walks around the beach in search of photos,
You will also have time to have lunch and we will finish approximately at  15:00 hrs.
