Tours in Puerto Maldonado – Tambo Pata – Lago Sandoval  Adventures 3Days / 2Nights.

Our services start from Puerto Maldonado, with pick up from the Airport or Terrestrial Terminal for the transfer to our Tambopata office where you will find your guide.
Then we will head to Puerto Capitanía to embark on a motor, in which we will travel along the Madre de Dios River until we reach the Lodge where we will be given the Welcome with a drink based on natural fruit and we will start our adventure circuit, here we will do the following activities.

Canopy.

We will walk through the forest until you reach the Hanging Bridge, as you have the possibility to see a variety of birds in addition to the fabulous natural landscape on the trees, the guide will explain about the fauna and flora of the place.

Tirolinea.

After enjoying the canopy platform, the guide will explain how to make the shot online to place the necessary equipment for your safety.

Secund Day:

05:30 a.m. We embark on a boat, in which we will travel along the elongated Madre de Dios river until the entrance of Lake Sandoval for an approximate time of 10 min. Here we will disembark and walk a few minutes to reach the Control Post of Lake Sandoval, we will register and present your entrance tickets, since this Lake is located in the Tambopata National Reserve. Then we will continue with our trip, making a 3 km walk.

During this tour you will have the chance to see a great variety of flora and with luck a variety of fauna such as birds, monkeys, rodents, arachnids, insects, reptiles and amphibians.

When you reach the shores of the lake, you will enjoy a refreshing and relaxing bath in the waters of this majestic lake, which we will leave to your decision, taste a delicious and typical jungle lunch and then take a rowboat and go for a walk by the lake, this time we will look for birds such as Hoatzines, cormorants, anhingas, with luck and the best attraction in Lake Sandoval “the playful Lobos de Río”.

In the afternoon, remembering the time with your guide, you will leave the lake until you reach the bank of the madre de Dios River, where the boat will be waiting for you to board and take you to the shelter where we will spend the night.

19:00 hrs CAIMANEO.– After settling down, we will board a boat with his lanterns, walk along the river bank to observe alligators on the beaches, it is also possible to see other animals such as nocturnal birds and Capibaras, which is the largest rodent in the world.

20.00 hrs. Dinner and rest.

Third Day.

08:00 a.m.  ISLAND OF MONOS.

We will travel for a few minutes by boat to the Isla de los Monos where we will find (03) species of monkeys that are used to humans and that is why it is possible to approach them, feed them and see their coexistence between different species.
